Great before. Just got better.

As a movie buff I have been appreciating these classic offerings for more than a year on my iPod Touchs little screen. However, with yesterdays app upgrade (AirPlay and apparent server improvement) I got to treat the family to a couple of dandy movies that streamed without a hiccup to my Apple TV2 and the big TV screen.

Jules Vernes underwater tale, nearly 100 years old, black and white and without sound except for added music, still kept their attention on the big screen. Quality was acceptable for the vintage.

Next was a technicolor pioneer from the 1950s with quality not far off from todays standard def streams. Better than I expected.

So, good value on the small screen, and even better now.
